1. Work Year Round in the Southwest USA! Purchase this well rounded, full-service small Family owned Marine Construction Company that has been serving Arizona, Nevada and Southern California since 1983! Just turned age 70, and the wife says to plan on selling our Family Business sometime over the next couple years. She suggests that we semi-retire as an as needed Marine Consultant for the new Owner.
2. Your Purchase can include the Business, the Name, and our Trucks, Trailers, Work Boats, Forklifts, Lots of new Inventory (Boat Docks, Gangways, Pilings, and Dock Components). Sales Price can also include our two Crew Leaders, but only if they like you! These two Lead “Persons” will be happy to work for a Fair Wage, but please realize there are is an occasional Prevailing Wage Project that will pay them more. Those are a nice treat for your people if you might do one or more each year.
3. Based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. LBM is licensed in several States. London Bridge Marine can serve all markets (residential, commercial, governmental, and tribal). Work is most often on freshwater rivers and lakes, but also may include saltwater bays and sounds from Santa Barbara down to San Diego.
4. Optional Real Estate: Our Family owns and leases Real Estate to the Company. Subject to mutual agreement, the Buyer can also purchased some or all of our Real Estate for you to lease out to your new Company). We can include our Warehouse(s), Storage Yards, a Yard Office, and a couple of RV Sites for your people to live on property.
5. The following are three (3) Options for your consideration-
Option A – The Business Name (London Bridge Marine), Work Vehicles, Boats, Tools and Equipment. For example- Our (2) Work Trucks and (5-10) Work Trailers; (2) Work Boats with Pile Driving Equipment; and our Shop and Field Tools and Equipment (i.e. Hand Tools, Power Equipment, Air Compressors, and Welders. Approx Option-A Cost +/- = $990,000.
Option B. Add-on to the above “A”, some Real Estate, such as our a 24’x60′ Commercial Warehouse with 14’x20′ OHD, and a 1.5 Acre Passive Storage Yard with two legal RV Pads (with all utilities and hookups). These two Equestrian Zoned RA Zoned Properties have room to build a Boat/Truck Barn, and if you want even one to two lake view homes or MH’s, where the RV Sites are now. Approx Cost for both Options A and B, +/- = $1,990,000.00.
Option C. Add to the above “A & B”, a 13’x50′ Commercial Warehouse with 14’x12′ OHD, and an adjacent 1-Acre Storage Yard, with two legal Single-wide MH ready for Occupancy, plus a Guest Crew Trailer. Approx Cost +/-, for Options A, B, & C = $2,990,000. (All Options are for Cash. Willing to include orientation and basic consulting services during the transition. Must be nice, honest and keep only one set of books. It’s okay for the new Owner(s) to be a “Character” but, they must be of good character!
