• Description: The subject vessel is a conventional U.S. Navy service (for age) all welded steel, non self‐propelled deck barge, originally built and ABS classed with a fixed base 60‐ton capacity rotating crane on deck for ocean service. The crane unit and machinery have been removed. The hull is heavily framed and stiffened with a total of (24) compartments formed by five transverse and three longitudinal welded steel watertight bulkheads. This bulkhead division well exceeds the OSHA requirement for have one longitudinal bulkhead. Currently mounted with a Manitowoc 2250 300 Ton Crawler Crane

Additional general benefits of this package to consider:
• Limited mobilization costs to NY/NJ project sites (except for a tow)
• Since purchasing the Manitowoc 2250 crane in December 2014, owner has invested a significant amount to improve its condition, including a re-certified Cummins engine with low hours
• The crane has some unique modifications from previous use with Berminghammer equipment (down the hole hammer). This would allow a much easier and lower cost retrofit for certain projects (drilling, etc.).
• The crane has a custom installed “cradle” mounted above the counterweights (see attached photo) which allows for the placement of a Power Unit for piledriving, etc.
• A sale would include (2) 30” x 70’ spud piles
• Sale would include the crane mats (in good condition) throughout the deck of the barge
