Poseidon is a leading heavy fabrication company specializing in the production of sectional barges and related accessories.

When the pandemic crippled many industries in the United States, Poseidon Barge saw their customers’ needs expanding. With those needs in mind, Poseidon Barge charged ahead and completed a 38,250-square-foot expansion, bringing the total manufacturing space to over 130,000 square feet.

Four new build tables, an additional high-definition plasma table, a state-of-the-art robot, a saw with capabilities to cut 30,000-pound bundles of steel were all introduced to assist with increased production. An expanded storage yard was prepared to stage large customer orders in anticipation of when the customer could receive them.

In addition to our marine-focused offerings, Poseidon provides heavy fabrication, steel grit blasting, and liquid painting services to commercial clients across the country. Our ISO-certified fabrication processes ensure consistent, high-quality results with every project. Poseidon Barge had the determination to move forward and assist in our customers success—then and always.
