The report, covering operations from June 2024 to July 2025, highlights the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices within the hydraulics and electronics sectors.
The report showcases Bailey’s achievements in reducing carbon emissions, surpassing recycling targets, and managing waste responsibly. Additionally, it sets a strong foundation for continued improvement in sustainable operations.
Key achievements from the report include notable progress in materials recycling and emissions control:
- Exceeding recycling goals: Bailey recycled over 23,640 pounds of cardboard throughout FY2025, significantly surpassing its target of 14,000 pounds;
- Waste management: liquid waste disposal stood out with 8,863 gallons processed, outperforming approved thresholds by an additional 394 gallons during Q1;
- Carbon footprint: Bailey achieved an operational carbon emissions total of 24,204 tons of CO2 equivalent, which is 6.8 percent better than industry benchmarks.
The report also reflects Bailey International’s focus on leveraging data-driven analysis to benchmark progress and identify growth areas. Advanced reporting allowed for tracking of quarterly outputs, including reductions in volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions that consistently wwperformed below regulatory thresholds.
