DuxxBak Composite Decking, a leading manufacturer of premium marine-grade decking & railing products, announced a distribution partnership with Overseas Hardwoods Company (OHC). OHC will distribute DuxxBak Composite Decking’s complete product line, featuring the signature DuxxBak Dekk No-Drip-Through-Decking.

OHC’s sales team and logistics operations will initially distribute DuxxBak Composite Decking Products to its dedicated network of dealers throughout the southern U.S., from Florida to Arizona, with plans to extend distribution into other areas of the U.S. that have been otherwise underserved.

DuxxBak Composite Decking CEO Jerry Derusha says he is most excited about the partnership because of OHC’s long and rich history of integrity in business.

“We take a lot of pride in the idea that they want to partner with us,” Derusha said.

Bill Schaffer, OHC’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing, said that he sees DuxxBak products as an exciting “complement to our current hardwood product line.”

A privately-held company based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, DuxxBak Composite Decking has been developing and producing top-quality decking, railing, and outdoor living products since 2009 under the umbrella of Green Bay Decking LLC. Currently offering several lines of decking and railing, Duxx- Bak Composite Decking products are available worldwide through traditional distribution networks or direct from manufacturer where traditional distribution is not available. Featuring decking products that boast best-inindustry performance and warranty, DuxxBak Composite Decking products are environmentally stable and are manufactured using only ecologically sound ingredients.

Overseas Hardwoods Company, a family-owned company headquartered in Mobile, Alabama, has been importing hardwood lumber from overseas since 1967. Now run by the third generation of the Robinson family, OHC continues to seek out innovative solutions for the marine, millwork, outdoor living and transportation industries with the use of high-manufacturing capabilities that include pre-drilling, sanding, ripping, re-sawing, precision-end trimming, finger-jointing, gluing and custom profiling. OHC maintains relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality lumber is sourced only from mills that harvest legally from responsibly managed forests.
